Aromatherapy (Essential Oil Therapy) is a caring hands-on therapy which seeks to induce relaxation, increase energy and promote health and wellness through a reduction of stress. Participants have two levels of knowledge available for learning.

Dry needling is a modality that is used in the treatment of myofascial trigger points, using small-diameter needles to deactivate them.
Hot Stone massage is a specialty massage where you will learn to use smooth heated stones as an extension of your own hands. Heat from the stones can be deeply relaxing and assist muscle relaxation and stress management.
Swedish oil massage is a form of Relaxation techniques, and is all about relaxing. It focuses on giving the client time to recover from the stresses of daily life. This 2 day beginner short course will teach you the fundamental techniques of Swedish Oil which involve gliding and deep relaxing pressure.
This short course is delivered over two 6 hour work shops and will introduce you to Thai Traditional Massage. Techniques will include knowing how to align the body using pressure on various energy lines and points both seated and mat with no oil. Compression and stretches techniques are also incorporated into this short course.
Trigger points, also known are described as hyperirritable spots in skeletal muscle that are associated with palpable nodules in taut bands of muscle fibres. Participants will learn how to identify and release a trigger point to restore movement and reduce pain.
